And The Races Gos On!

Never would I'v thought that I would put in a position having write what I'm about to: A Christian friend (Evg. Betty), My Brother Jeffery, and I, had been grocery shopping at Krogers 520 North 35th Srteet, Portland area, Louisville Ky, Dec. 16, 2011 around 6:15pm
My friend & Brother , and I were about to leave after purchashing our groceries; I saw in the front of the entrance way Redvelvet cakes that had been marked down to $4.99. I stopped right in front of store waited by the game machines while my brother got me the cake (because I had my basket of my paid groceries), unaware that I got the only $4.99 Redvelvet cake left. My brother hands me the cake (I'm still standing inside the store by the game machines) sharching for money in my purse. I ask my friend did she want one, she said yes, we could not find one in the stack of other redvelvet cakes, so we ask the Fruit & Vegtable Worker(Man). He told us they may have some more marked down in the back by the Deli. Well...by this time the Security Guard{whos African American), approached me saying that I was being watch on the camaras up in the light fixtures, and the store detective in the red jacket was coming. I repeatedly tried to explain what I was doing(my brother was looking for another cake for my friend and I'm waiting have not moved, so to pay for both cakes together). I am dealing with back & leg pain issues (cain & motor cart)(motor carts was out of charged, because left outside). So I gave my brother $20.00 bill and the $4.99 Redvelvet cake I had to the check out. He cake back with the cake paid for and gave me my change, I put the cake in my basket with my other paid for groceries, and proceeded to leave. This is when the Security Guard(who stood had been standing there watching the whole ordeal) said he need to see my reciept because the store detective said he did not see the cake in my cart! I show the Security Guard my reciept, and waved to the camara on my way out...then thought how embarrassing, and badly I was treated, I'v spent a lot of money in that Krogers from time they open buying: Gas, Meds., Groceries, . I turned around went back in told the Security Guard that I was bring the Groceries back, got my money and left.
